We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to nevadawildfest.com (the Site), the website for the Wild West Music Fest™, a project of Lili Claire Communications®. Information Collection and Use
The Site collects PII in the following ways:
  • You provide PII to www.vendini.com and/or the website of a third party credit card processor when you purchase concert tickets or admission tickets to the Fair.
  • You provide PII to PayPal.com and/or the website of a third party credit card processor when you make a purchase in our Store.
  • You provide PII when you subscribe to our print or electronic mailing list. In addition to providing you with updates on the Wild West Music Fest, the mailing lists may be used to inform you of other upcoming events and/or special projects of Lili Claire Communications or its affiliated organization, The Lili Claire Foundation, Inc. Signing up for this list is completely optional. Once you have opted to receive emails, you have the option of opting out of the electronic mailing list at any time. You also have the option of notifying us that you do not wish to receive further print mailings.
  • You provide PII when your email us with an inquiry using the “Contact Us” feature or by sending an email to wildfest@liliclaire.org.
  • You provide PII when you send us an email indicating your interest in supporting the Wild West Music Fest.
  • You provide PII when you send us an email indicating your interest in being a vendor at the Wild West Music Fest.
We do not sell or rent your PII to anyone. Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not share your PII with individuals or organizations outside Lili Claire Communications or its affiliated organization, The Lili Claire Foundation, Inc.

The Site also collects information from your browser including browser type, browser version, browser settings, operating system, pages visited, your IP Address, and cookies. We use this information for general purposes such as ensuring that the Site continues to operate properly with commonly used operating systems and browsers. Your IP Address will be stored and used for security purposes to prevent fraud and other illegal activity.

We track our visitors’ activities to make sure we are providing the best path and access to information. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the total security of information transmitted to us, and any connection to the Site or information transmitted to the Site will be at your own risk.
